Kevin Grissom

Kevin is an experienced and knowledgeable home inspector, he enjoys time spent with his family and friends, flying, hunting, scuba diving, and visiting the mountains.

Kevin spent 10 years in the automotive industry as a master technician and 2 years as a commercial pilot and flight instructor, prior to 9-11.

The past 12 years he has worked in the construction and home inspection field, including working as the lead home inspector and property inspection trainer at one of the largest home inspection firms in Dallas.

Kevin lives in Richardson, Texas and is now putting his years of experience to work at Grissom Inspections, as a professional home inspector and, with his pest control license, as a certified applicator in the Dallas, serving cities such as Frisco, Plano and McKinney as well.

Shannon Grissom

Shannon Is an experienced and knowledgeable home inspector, who enjoys time spent with family and friends, hunting, golfing, riding motorcycles and family trips to Colorado. Shannon has spent much of his working career in the construction industry.  He decided to bring construction knowledge to the buyers of North Texas after 10 years as the owner/operator of a local concrete construction company.

Shannon lives in McKinney, Texas and is now putting his years of experience to work at Grissom Inspections, as a professional inspector and, with his pest control license, as a certified applicator to help serve the DFW area.

Shannon and Kevin are members of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors,  INTERNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and Collin County Association of Real Estate Inspectors.
